Industrial Briquettes
About Industrial Briquettes
Briquettes are solid forms of bioenergy that are manufactured from agricultural waste through a process known as biomass briquetting. Briquetted fuel can be used by the industrial, commercial and household sectors. It is ideally suited for use in steam boilers.
- Biscuit cut briquettes in 60 mm diameter & 90 mm diameter :- Available in bagasse and sawdust. This is for boilers that have a manual feeding process as well as boilers that have automated conveyor system feeding.
Uses of Industrial Briquettes
Briquettes can be used by the industrial, commercial and household sectors. It is ideally suited for use in the following areas:-
Brick kilns
Paper Mills
Spinning Mills
Solvent Extraction Plants
Bakery Industry
Chemical Plants Food Processing Units
Dryer and Oven for Generation of hot air
Hotels/Lodges/Restaurants
Milk Plants and Dairy
Leather Industry
Rubber Industry
Laminate Industry
Dyeing House
Vegetable Plant
Textile Mills
Tea Factories
Benefits of Briquettes
- Clean and environmentally friendly – our products are made from agro waste, a renewable form of energy, with the aim to replace the use of fossil fuels and conserve the environment.
- Long-lasting, extended burn time – our briquettes burn longer and in a controlled manner, producing more intense heat than other forms of fuel. They have consistent quality, high burning efficiency, and are ideally sized for complete combustion.
- Smokeless – the briquettes create no smoke, soot, or carbon deposits and do not emit any toxic chemicals to the
environment. - Easily stored and transported because of their compact size and shape.
- Biomass briquettes have a higher practical thermal value.
- Combustion is uniform because the briquettes are more volatile as compared to other traditional fuels.
